When you hire Texas Inspection, you're working with an inspector whose background runs deeper than most. Kenny Boulton grew up in the resort construction business, ran summer crews from age 16 in high school, and was building and finishing entire homes by age 20 — interior, exterior, custom cabinets, faux finishes, electrical, and plumbing.
Kenny's hands-on experience extends to bulkheads, piers, septic systems, site prep, foundations for industrial press shops, commercial office atriums, and warehouses. He ran an oil field drill pipe maintenance company in 1986 — the same year he started Texas Inspection. Today, his son Kadin Boulton works alongside him as a TREC Apprentice Inspector, keeping Texas Inspection a true family operation.
"Kenny was incredibly thorough and walked us through every finding in plain language. As first-time buyers, we felt completely informed and confident going into closing. His decades of experience really show."
"Best inspector I've worked with in over 15 years of selling real estate. Kenny is on time, professional, and his reports are detailed without being alarmist. I refer all my buyers to him."
